The Day of the Doctor

I am watching the first, second and third seasons of Doctor Who, wrapped up in my comforter from my room that I brought downstairs. It is about 34 degrees outside, and my fingers are getting numb, because I am attempting to play Minecraft on my iPad and I can not play it with my hands inside the blanket. My older sister, Kenna, and our housemate, Briana, are playing Scrabble while watching the Doctor save Rose. Again. They are giving each other extra points if they spell out a word that is Doctor Who related.

I think we might be taking the viewing of the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary show too seriously. For instance, I am wearing my 11th Doctor costume from Halloween (with a fez!!). Briana has a 9th Doctor jacket, a TARDIS shirt, and the 4th Doctor’s scarf. Kenna is wearing my fez and has a shirt that reads,”THE ANGELS HAVE THE PHONE BOX”. Tess has a shirt that says,”You Never Forget Your First Doctor”. I’m the only one in full costume. Also, we sent our mother to get fish fingers, custard, Jelly Babies, and cashews (Because it turns out that today is also National Cashew Day).

I am ending this post now because I can’t feel my fingers.
